对于企业文化的认识事实上取决于领导人的思想深度和战略高度,企业文化的积淀和形成很大程度上来源于领导人的价值理念、战略思考、思维方式与行为模式。本文通过对当前企业文化建设的几个问题的简要分析,并结合企业领导人对企业文化建设和企业经营管理的影响分析兼顾经济的发展和人文精神,以及人本管理和企业文化完美融合,从而在新形势下有效兼顾企业的经济利益和企业社会责任。
The recognition of corporate culture depends in fact on the leaders ’ideological depth and strategic height. The accumulation and formation of corporate culture largely come from the leaders’ values, strategic thinking, thinking modes and behavior patterns.
