[目的]研究混苯对深圳市罗湖区珠宝加工业女工健康的影响。[方法]对珠宝加工业镶石清洗工位进行采样,检测混苯浓度。对46名镶石清洗工位接触混苯女工人(接触组)和58名服装厂非接触混苯女工人(对照组)进行问卷调查及血常规检查。[结果]接触混苯女工疲劳、记忆力减退、眼结膜刺激、手指皮肤脱脂等的发生率均高于对照组(P﹤0.05)。[结论]职业接触混苯对珠宝加工女工健康有损伤,建议使用危害低的替代品。
[Objective] To study the effect of mixed benzene on the health of female workers in jewelry processing industry in Luohu District, Shenzhen. [Method] The jeweler industry setting stone cleaning station was sampled and the mixed benzene concentration was measured. 46 questionnaire and blood tests were conducted on 46 workers in mixed stone washing station (contact group) and 58 women workers in non-contact mixed benzene factory (control group) in garment factory. [Result] The incidence of fatigue, memory loss, eye conjunctiva stimulation and degreasing of finger skin in mixed benzene workers were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). [Conclusion] Occupational exposure to mixed benzene is harmful to the health of women workers in jewelery processing. It is advisable to use low-risk alternatives.
