院本文在超临界CO_2中制备了一系列醋酸乙烯酯-三氟氯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物P(VAc-CTFEMAH)。研究了单体配比对共聚物结构的影响;共聚物膜的表面性能;共聚物自乳化乳液的性能。结果表明:增加MAH单体的含量,y_(VAc)变化不大,w_F降低,共聚物Mn先增大后减小,聚合物膜对溶剂的接触角降低,表面能增大;提高热处理温度能提高膜的表面性能;pH值及MAH含量对共聚物溶液的粘度影响较大;乳胶粒的粒径随着共聚物中MAH含量的增大而变小。
In this paper, a series of vinyl acetate-chlorotrifluoroethylene-maleic anhydride copolymer P (VAc-CTFEMAH) were prepared in supercritical CO_2. The effects of monomer ratio on the structure of copolymer were investigated. The surface properties of copolymer films and the properties of copolymer self-emulsifying emulsions were investigated. The results showed that when the content of MAH was increased, the content of y VAc did not change much and the content of w F decreased. The copolymer Mn first increased and then decreased, the contact angle of polymer film to solvent decreased and the surface energy increased. Improve the surface properties of the film; pH and MAH content of the viscosity of the copolymer solution has a greater impact; latex particle size with the MAH content in the copolymer increases.
