为充分满足学生选择性学习需求,尊重学生选择意愿,组建学考、选考教学班,开展分类、分层走班式教学,是一种新的教学组织形式,旨在为每一位学生的学习发展设计适切性的成长道路。在实践中,走班制下的思想政治课教学环境、组织管理、教学互动、教学辅导、教学效果都面临着新的问题。思想政治学科教学班学生的存在感、适切感、认同感、互动感、归属感的培养较之传统意义上的行政班难度更大,情况更复杂。目前,走班式教学如何突破技术层面进入价值层面,也就是进入到课堂文化建设层面,成为当下进一步深化走班式教学改革、实现育人模式转变最现实的问题。笔者试从思想政治课教学班文化建设的角度来探索对策,请各位同行批评指正。
