本文介绍用纸层析法分离[展开剂为95%乙醇—36%醋酸(1:9)],751型分光光度计检测(波长430nm、比色杯1cm厚),测定了北京大兴县罗布麻叶不同季节槲皮素的含量。八月份叶子含量较高,十月份含量最低。
This article describes the use of paper chromatography separation [developer 95% ethanol - 36% acetic acid (1:9)], 751 spectrophotometer detection (wavelength 430nm, cuvette 1cm thick), measured in Beijing Daxing County Apocynum Leaves of different seasons quercetin content. The leaf content was higher in August and the lowest in October.
