钢纤维加入到混凝土基体中,有两方面的作用。一是强化基体的作用,即由于纤维能够阻止裂缝在基体中的扩展而使基体的性能较复全前有所提高。二是纤维所起到的复合作用,即按照“混合律”所起的作用。其中纤维强化基体的作用与纤维分布状态密切相关,而粗骨料最大粒径往往影响纤维均匀分布。一般规定粗骨料最大粒径不超过 20mm和不超过纤维长度的 2/3。此项规定未考虑纤维直径和纤维掺量的影响,因此较为粗略。本文对钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)粗骨料最大粒径的选择进行了研究。
The addition of steel fibers to the concrete matrix serves two purposes. The first is to strengthen the role of the matrix, that is, because the fiber can prevent the cracks from expanding in the matrix, the performance of the matrix is improved compared to before. The second is the compound effect played by fibers, that is, according to the “mixing law”. The role of the fiber-reinforced matrix is closely related to the fiber distribution, and the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate often affects the uniform distribution of the fibers. In general, the maximum particle size of the coarse aggregate should not exceed 20 mm and not exceed 2/3 of the fiber length. This rule does not consider the effect of fiber diameter and fiber content, so it is more crude. This paper studies the selection of the maximum particle size of steel fiber reinforced concrete (SFRC) coarse aggregates.
