目的比较检测EB病毒(EBV)的两种方法的优缺点。方法分别采用免疫荧光技术和荧光探针PCR技术对270例小儿上呼吸道感染的不同样本进行EBV的检测。结果 270例患儿中EBV-DNA、VCA-IgG、VCA-IgM阳性率分别为34.8%、87.8%、0.4%。结论两种方法各有特点,荧光探针PCR检测EBV-DNA方法样本易取,时间短,准确性、敏感度均好,是值得推广的一项技术。
Objective To compare the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods of detecting Epstein-Barr virus (EBV). Methods EBV was detected in 270 samples of children with upper respiratory tract infection by immunofluorescence and fluorescence probe PCR respectively. Results The positive rates of EBV-DNA, VCA-IgG and VCA-IgM in 270 children were 34.8%, 87.8% and 0.4% respectively. Conclusion The two methods have their own characteristics. Fluorescent probe PCR-based detection of EBV-DNA samples is easy to take, time is short, accuracy and sensitivity are good, is worth promoting a technology.
