本文探讨了光控石墨炉原子吸收法测定蜂蜜中微量铅的条件,各种因素对测定的影响,研究了光控可以降低蜂蜜基体的增感作用,用标准曲线法在简单稀释试样的情况下直接测定蜂蜜中的铅。结果表明,该方法简单、快速、灵敏度和精密度都达到较满意的程度。
In this paper, the conditions of determination of trace lead in honey by light-controlled graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and the influence of various factors on the determination were studied. Light control can reduce the sensitization effect of honey matrix. Using standard curve method, Direct determination of lead in honey. The results show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitivity and precision to achieve a more satisfactory level.
