本试验于1994年在海南甘蔗育种场进行,采用拔地拉和一些地方竹蔗品种(福建竹蔗、广东竹蔗、江酉竹蔗和广西竹蔗)为材料,3种固定日长(12小时,12小时15分钟和12小时25分钟)和2种日长递减率(15秒/天和30秒/天)。结果表明:12小时25分钟的固定日长更有利于拔地拉和竹蔗开花;15秒/天和30秒/天的日长递减率分别适合于拔地拉和竹蔗的开花诱导。拔地拉和竹蔗作母本与斑茅、割手密等杂交产生了大量的后代。竹蔗还发现有少量可育的花粉,自交产生了一些实生苗,表明竹蔗将来可望作为杂交父本。
The experiment was carried out in Hainan sugarcane breeding farm in 1994. The materials of three kinds of fixed-day-long (12 hours, 12 hours and 15 minutes and 12 hours and 25 minutes) and 2 day-long decline rates (15 seconds / day and 30 seconds / day). The results showed that 12 days and 25 minutes of fixed daily growth were more beneficial to the flowering of B. tabaci and bamboo cane. The daily decline rates of 15 seconds / day and 30 seconds / day were suitable for the flowering induction of. Pura and bamboo cane as the female parent and the spot Mao, cut the hand secret and other hybrids produced a large number of offspring. Bamboo cane also found a small amount of fertile pollen, self-generated some seedlings, indicating that bamboo cane in the future is expected as a hybrid parent.
