劳资关系是劳动者与劳动力使用者在生产过程中所结成的最基本的社会经济关系。我国劳资关系从整体态势的演化来看,大体上经历了:劳资两利过渡时期(1949—1957年)、行政化劳资关系时期(1957—1978年)、多元化劳资关系时期(1978—2006年)以及和谐劳资关系探索时期(2006年以来)四个阶段。伴随着曲折的历史演化过程,劳资关系呈现出不同的阶段性特征。科学地把握不同阶段劳资关系变迁的特征,对于正确协调转型期我国企业劳资关系具有重要的现实意义。
