利用CSM膜对甲硫醇/空气体系进行富集实验,考察原料气浓度、流量、膜两侧压力差、操作温度对甲硫醇的渗透速率和富集率的影响。实验结果表明:随着原料气中甲硫醇浓度的增加,渗透速率会随之增大,但是富集率先增大后减小;随着原料气流量的增加,甲硫醇的渗透速率减小而且富集率也明显下降;随着膜两侧压力差的增大,甲硫醇的渗透速率和富集率都随之增大;随着操作温度的升高,甲硫醇的渗透速率减小,富集率变化不大。当原料气操作温度为293.2K、甲硫醇的浓度为53ppm、膜两侧压力差为0.067MPa、流量为150L/h时,CSM膜对甲硫醇的富集效率可达13%。
