目的:建立不同叶型五指毛桃中补骨脂素含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用Extend-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-水35∶65;流速1.0 mL.min-1;柱温35℃,检测波长245 nm。结果:补骨脂素对照品在1.04~104 mg.L-1范围内呈良好曲线关系,线性回归方程Y=72.150 6X+133.483 0,r=0.999 1,平均加样回收率为93.6%,RSD 1.975%。结论:不同叶型的五指毛桃中补骨脂素的含量有差异,该方法操作简便、准确性高、重复性好,可用于五指毛桃药材的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of psoralen in different leaf peaches. Methods: Extend-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water 35:65. The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 245 nm. Results: The psoralen reference substance showed a good curve in the range of 1.04-104 mg.L-1. The linear regression equation was Y = 72.150 6X + 133.483 0, r = 0.999 1, and the average recovery was 93.6%. The RSD 1.975%. Conclusion: The content of psoralen in different leaf type peaches is different. The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality evaluation of peaches.
