随着我国电网建设速度的加速,电网投资逐年增长,造价控制与评价的作用尤为突出。同时,新技术的不断应用以及技术方案的复杂性和多样性的不断增加,致使传统的输电线路工程造价指标己不能全面而准确的反映工程造价水平。针对这一现状,以主成分分析法为基础,构建了输电线路工程造价评价指标模型,提出了线路工程相对造价指数。通过对220kV高压输电线路工程数据样本验证,线路工程相对造价指数较传统指标能更为全面合理的反映工程的造价水平。该指标易于求取,便于对工程的造价控制水平进行对比、排序和评价,具有一定的可操作性和较强的应用价值。
With the acceleration of China’s power grid construction, power grid investment increased year by year, cost control and evaluation of the role is particularly prominent. At the same time, the constant application of new technologies and the increasing complexity and variety of technical solutions have caused the traditional transmission line project cost indices to fail to fully and accurately reflect the project cost level. In view of this situation, based on principal component analysis, this paper constructs the evaluation index model of transmission line project cost and puts forward the relative construction cost index of transmission line project. Through the verification of 220kV high voltage transmission line engineering data samples, the relative construction cost index of line engineering can reflect the construction cost level more comprehensively and reasonably than the traditional ones. The index is easy to seek, easy to control the level of construction cost comparison, sorting and evaluation, with a certain degree of maneuverability and strong application value.
