国家自然科学基金委员会(以下简称自然科学基金委)第七届委员会第一次全体会议于2013年5月28日在京举行。在开幕式上,自然科学基金委主任杨卫作了题为《厚植基础培育原创闳放求真奋力开拓为创新驱动发展作出更大贡献》的工作报告(报告全文见本期署名文章)。国家自然科学基金委员会监督委员会主任陈宜瑜作了题为《敢于担当勇于作为不断开拓科学基金科研诚信建设新局面》的监督工作报告。自然科学基金委副主任姚建年宣读了第七届全委会和第四届监委会委员名单。开幕式由自然科学基金委副主任沈岩主持。
The first plenary session of the Seventh Committee of the National Natural Science Foundation of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Natural Science Foundation of China”) was held in Beijing on May 28, 2013. At the opening ceremony, Yang Wei, director of the Natural Science Foundation of China, delivered a working report titled “Cultivating Original Foundations, Striving for Innovation and Making More Contributions to Innovation-driven Development” (for the full text of the report, please refer to the signature of this issue). Chen Yiyu, director of the supervisory committee of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, gave a report titled “Daring to Take the Courageous As a Continued Exploration of the Scientific Funds for Scientific Research and Integrity Construction”. Yao Jiannian, deputy director of the Natural Science Foundation of China, read the list of members of the Seventh National Committee and the Fourth National Committee of the JISC. The opening ceremony was presided over by Shen Yan, deputy director of the Natural Science Foundation of China.
