由于橡胶颗粒较轻,橡胶集料混凝土在振捣密实时橡胶颗粒存在上浮现象。对不同振捣时间成型的混凝土,进行了湿体积密度、强度及颗粒均质性的对比试验。结果表明,机械振捣时间少于30s,抗压和劈拉强度都小于人工插捣成型的混凝土,且振捣时间越短,强度越低。当振捣时间为30s时,劈拉强度达到最大值。振捣时间在30~60s范围内,抗压强度随振捣时间的延长而逐渐提高,且强度增长的幅度逐渐增大,但劈拉强度却是递减的;随振捣时间的延长,体积密度逐渐增大,橡胶颗粒上浮现象逐渐明显。橡胶集料混凝土的适宜振捣时间为30~40s。
As the rubber particles lighter, rubber aggregate concrete in the vibrating compact rubber particles floating phenomenon.
