玻璃离子体粘固粉(以下简称玻璃粉)是一种有机和无机的共聚物,具有强度高、无毒、粘结性强等特点,为了使缺损的前牙及楔状缺损的患牙恢复生理形态和功能,我们采用玻璃粉充填患牙227颗,疗效尚为满意,现报道如下: 一、材料与调制本文所用玻璃粉系湖北省化学研究所参照国外有关资料研制而成,其主要成份为:①玻璃离子体粉末——由富含碱土金属钙离子的铝硅酸盐玻璃等组成;②50%的共聚酸水溶液——丙烯酸衣康酸共聚物;③5%酒石酸。
