体内含巯基(—SH)非蛋白质化台物的主要成分——谷胱甘肽,可通过含硒谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(Se-GSH-Px)的作用消除氧自由基及其过氧化物。而含巯基蛋白质在维持膜Na~+、K~+-ATP酶正常运转及红细胞膜正常形态等方面具有重要作用。为此,作者采用电流滴定的方法检测了青海黄南地区健康人群血中—SH含量,以探讨衰老与血中巯基含量间的关系。 1 对象与方法 1.1 对象 检测对象为海晏县当地干部、工人与学生,检测前均询问病史、体检,并进行血便常规、X线等项检查,以排除心肺肝肾器官疾患,共计245例(男147例,女98例),年龄16~85岁。 1.2 试剂 测试前,取0.08M硝酸铵水溶液50ml
