针对上海炼油厂润滑油糠醛精制装置塔板效率不高,精制深度和产品质量难以进一步提高的情况,将原单塔流程,改为双塔串联、溶剂分流的两段萃取新工艺。应用结果表明,新工艺可以明显提高萃取塔分离效率,装置总的萃取效率由原来的不到4个理论级提高到5个理论级,在相同操作条件下,进一步改善了精制油质量,精制油收率提高,经济效益明显。
In view of the inefficiency of the tray of the fusel oil refining plant of Shanghai refinery and the difficulty of further refining the refining depth and product quality, the original single-column process was changed to a new extraction process with two stages of double towers in series and solvent diversion. The application results show that the new process can significantly improve the separation efficiency of the extraction column. The total extraction efficiency of the device is increased from less than 4 theoretical levels to 5 theoretical levels. Under the same operating conditions, the quality of the refined oil is further improved. Yield increased, obvious economic benefits.
