目的探讨Free-edge六翼托槽矫治安氏Ⅱ1类错的效果。方法选择福建医科大学附属协和医院口腔科2004—2008年收治的36例安氏Ⅱ1类病例,应用Free-edge六翼托槽进行矫治,对比矫治前后的头影测量项目。结果上颌中切牙角(U1-SN)及上颌中切牙切端至NA线的垂直距离(U1-NA)明显减小,表明上切牙明显内收。上颌支抗磨牙无明显前移。上切牙与下磨牙无明显伸长。下颌平面与平面无明显逆时针旋转。结论应用Free-edge六翼托槽可最大限度减少额外支抗的使用,并可避免传统方丝弓技术Ⅱ类牵引所可能导致的负面影响。
Objective To investigate the effect of Free-edge six-wing bracket on Class Ⅱ 1 malocclusion. Methods 36 cases of Class Ⅱ 1 cases treated in Department of Stomatology, Union Hospital, Fujian Medical University from 2004 to 2008 were selected and treated with Free-edge six-piece brackets for comparison. Results The vertical distance (U1-NA) between the maxillary central incisor (U1-SN) and the maxillary central incisor incision to the NA line was significantly reduced, indicating that the maxillary incisor adduced adherently. Maxillary support molars no significant advance. Upper incisors and lower molars no significant elongation. Mandibular plane and plane without significant anticlockwise rotation. Conclusion The use of Free-edge six-pole brackets minimizes the use of additional braces and avoids the possible negative effects of Category 2 traction with conventional square-arch wire technology.
