目的　观察异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人工流产术的临床效果。方法　将异丙酚 (或联合米非司酮 )静脉麻醉应用于无痛人工流产 ,并与一般人工流产手术进行对比 ,观察镇痛效果、手术时间、用药量、术中出血量及人工流产综合征发生率等。结果　异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人工流产 ,镇痛率10 0 % ,手术时间缩短、宫颈充分软化率高 ,术中用药少 ,人工流产综合征发生率低 ,术中出血量无明显增加。结论　异丙酚联合米非司酮应用于无痛人工流产 ,具有效果好 ,副作用小等优点 ,临床上可推广使用 Objective To observe the clinical effect of propofol combined with mifepristone in painless induced abortion.
