自上世纪80年代开始实施代征绿地政策以来,代征绿地对北京市绿化建设做出了重要贡献。本文阐述了代征绿地的概念和作用、建设现状、存在问题等,并提出推进代征绿地建设的相关建议。 Since the 1980s, the policy of land acquisition and requisition of green land has been put into effect and on behalf of the requisition of green land has made an important contribution to the afforestation of Beijing. This paper describes the concept and role of collecting greenbelt, current status of construction and existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions on how to promote the construction of greenbelt.
