目的测定ST/QT比值对婴儿低钙血症的临床意义。方法应用日本光电9130-P同步十二导联心电图机对47例低钙血症患儿进行心电图检测,测定其ST/QT比值,同时用全自动生化仪测定血清总钙、离子钙浓度,与21例同期正常婴儿进行对照分析。结果婴儿低钙血症组ST/QT段比值与正常婴儿组相比有非常显著性差异。婴儿低钙血症伴抽搐组ST/QT比值与单纯婴儿低钙血症有非常显著性差异。结论新生儿、婴幼儿由于血管细小,紧急时存在采血困难的问题,在不能检测血清离子钙情况下,心电图检测ST/QT比值可反映低钙血症病情,指导临床治疗。
Objective To determine the clinical significance of ST / QT ratio in infants with hypocalcemia. Methods The electrocardiogram of 47 children with hypocalcemia was detected by Japanese photoelectric 9130-P synchronous 12-lead electrocardiograph. The ratio of ST / QT was measured and the serum total calcium and ionized calcium concentration were measured by automatic biochemical analyzer. 21 cases of normal infants at the same period control analysis. Results The ratio of ST / QT in infants with hypocalcemia was significantly different from that in normal infants. Infant hypocalcemia with convulsion group ST / QT ratio and infantile hypocalcemia have very significant differences. Conclusion Neonates, infants and young children have difficulties in collecting blood due to the small blood vessels and urgency. When the serum ionized calcium can not be detected, the ST / QT ratio of electrocardiogram can reflect the condition of hypocalcemia and guide the clinical treatment.
