无论是北京公司的进入,还是杭城家装公司自身的觉醒,设计收费问题已经成为引发行业洗牌的导火索。 和建材商不同,装修公司并没有庞大的经济实体,很多所谓的橱柜厂、家具厂仅仅是他们为了解决客户特定需要的产物,根本不具备批量的生产能力。在很大程度上,家装公司仅仅是一个联结材料商和消费者的中介。 陆续的洗牌运动总是和家装公司的诚信、体制联系在一起,如“塞科”之流,累赘的体制终归会把它拖入“死亡”的深渊。然而,设计是家装的根本命脉,说不定在绝大部分家装公司还没有意识到这一点的时候,大规模的新一轮洗牌已经悄然到来……
