用浸渍法制备了不同稀土含量的Y型分子筛,通过XRD-粉末衍射,IR光谱,NH3-TPD程序升温热脱附,XRF-荧光光谱仪,催化剂活性评价(MAT),氮气吸脱附等温线法等表征手段,全面考察了稀土含量对Y分子筛物化参数的综合影响;研究表明随着稀土含量的增加,分子筛晶胞参数变大,结晶保留率降低,总酸量降低,非骨架铝的羟基团簇减少,L(Lewis)酸与B(Bronsted)酸的酸量减少,分子筛裂化活性在一定稀土含量内呈递增趋势,稀土的加入对分子筛骨架有一定程度的扩孔效应。
Y-type molecular sieves with different RE content were prepared by impregnation method. The cracking activity of molecular sieve shows an increasing trend within a certain amount of rare earth. The addition of rare earth has a certain degree of reaming effect on the molecular sieve framework.
