南疆三地州指的是喀什地区、和田地区和克洲。改革开放以采,这些地区的经济状况一直很不乐观,甚至成为制约整个新疆经济的主要因素。随着中央政府一系列优惠政策的出台,尤其是西部大开发战略的实施,使这三个地区的经济发生了巨大的变化,以喀什地区的经济发展变化尤为显著。缘于地理位置的相似性,喀什地区经济的发展对和田、克州等地的辐射作用较为显著。因此,本文就西部大开发以来南疆三地州经济发展的差距性为基础,重点分析喀什地区经济发展的特点及其在南疆其他地区经济发展中所起的作用,并在此基础上提出相应的政策建议。
Three southern states refers to the Kashgar region, Hotan region and the island. In the course of reform and opening up, the economic conditions in these areas have been very gloomy and have even become the main factor that restricts the entire economy in Xinjiang. With the promulgation of a series of preferential policies by the Central Government, especially the implementation of the strategy of developing the west, tremendous changes have taken place in the economies of the three regions. In particular, the economic development in Kashgar has been particularly marked. Due to the similarity of geographical location, the economic development in Kashi Prefecture has a significant radiation effect on Wada and Kezhou. Therefore, based on the disparity in the economic development of the three states in southern Xinjiang since the great western development, this paper mainly analyzes the characteristics of economic development in Kashgar and its role in the economic development in other parts of southern Xinjiang. Based on this, The corresponding policy recommendations.
