文章认为,中国农村的改革先于城市而突破,取得了具有内在逻辑联系的三大成就:家庭承包制的建立、市场体系的发育和乡镇企业的崛起。这三大成就强有力地证明了农村改革市场取向的正确性。作者进一步分析了市场经济新体制在农村超前发育的原因,并提出今后农村改革仍然有必要保持其超前性。
The article argues that the rural reform in China first broke through the city and achieved three major achievements with an inherent logical connection: the establishment of a household contract system, the development of a market system and the rise of township and village enterprises. These three achievements have proved the correctness of the rural reform market orientation. The author further analyzes the reason why the new market economy system has advanced in rural areas and proposes that it is still necessary for rural reform to maintain its advanced nature in the future.
