我们车间加工图(a)所示型板上的型腔(未画出)花纹时,遇到下列问题;①铁屑常常挡住操作者的视线,必须干一下停一下,以便扫除铁屑,因此生产率极低;②加工中部型腔时,为了看清加工线,工人必须弯腰操作,很容易疲劳。我们曾设专人扫铁屑,用压缩空气吹铁屑,但均不理想。因为,前者要多占用一人,后者噪声大,也不安全。现在用简易仿线加工法,较合理地解决了上述问题。图(b)为简易仿线加工法的示意图,在仿线铁上划出与型腔一致的加工线,加工时将其放在工人能看清的部位上,并使其与工件型腔的加工线平行。然后在铣头或床身立导轨
