中共云南省委、省人民政府、中共昭通地委、昭通行署: 生态经济问题关系到人类生存条件和社会繁荣的问题。面对我省生态环境恶化、人均资源短缺、自然灾害加剧、社会经济发展滞后的严峻形势,云南省生态经济学会和昭通地区生态经济学会于1992年8月26日至8月28日在昭通市联合召开了“云南省生态经济建设研讨会”。出席会议代表153人。历时三天。会议采用学术(经验)交流、现场参观、专家、学者和领导干部座谈
