对梅山钢铁股份有限公司1422热轧带钢表面辊系氧化铁皮缺陷的生成机理进行了简单的概述,分析了实际生产中产生轧辊氧化膜剥落的原因;阐述了负荷、温度、轧制计划等因素对辊系氧化铁皮的影响,提出了控制辊系氧化铁皮产生的有效措施。
A brief overview is given on the formation mechanism of the oxide scale defects on the surface of the 1422 hot rolled strip in Meishan Iron & Steel Co., Ltd. The reasons for the oxide film peel off in the actual production are analyzed. The factors such as load, temperature, rolling plan and so on On the roll of iron oxide scale, put forward to control the roll of iron oxide scale to produce effective measures.
