近年来世界各国对苋的兴趣日趋增长。为此,由墨西哥倡导于1991年9月22—27日在墨西哥奥克萨加城举行了第一届国际苋会议。来自美洲、亚洲和非洲国家的代表参加了会议。
In recent years, the world’s interest in amaranth is growing. To this end, Mexico initiated the first International Amaranth Conference in Oaxaca City, Mexico, from September 22-27, 1991. Representatives from the Americas, Asia and Africa attended the meeting.
