Since the beginning of the new curriculum reform, primary and secondary education in Mainland China has undergone great changes. There are many voices of both favor and opposition. This article is not about whether the reform of the new curriculum should be conducted or whether the theory is correct. Instead, we provide some observations on the American public primary and secondary education so that everyone can use their own judgment to analyze. When it comes to public primary and secondary education in the United States, people in our country often have a great question: Many people say that primary and secondary education in the United States does not work, that the test of international unification falls downstream, primary schools have no uniform textbooks, and that students have long holidays,
