为了解决塔里木油田泥页岩地层钻速低的难题,提高PDC钻头的破岩效率,研究了围压及PDC钻头齿形对破岩效果的影响规律。利用深井破岩试验装置,模拟了井深0~5km的压力条件,进行了PDC单齿破岩室内试验。结果表明,切削齿形不同,其破岩效果不同,楔形齿的破碎比功最小,圆齿的破碎比功最大。此外,试验还显示出随围压的增加,破岩效率下降;增大吃入深度,可降低破碎比功。
In order to solve the problem of low drilling speed in shale formation in Tarim oilfield and improve rock breaking efficiency of PDC bit, the influence law of confining pressure and PDC bit tooth profile on rock breaking efficiency was studied. Using the deep well rock breaking device, the pressure conditions of well depth 0 ~ 5km were simulated and the PDC single tooth rock breaking experiment was carried out. The results show that the cutting tooth shape is different, the broken rock effect is different, the wedge tooth is the smallest than the broken, crenata crushing the maximum. In addition, the experiment also showed that with the increase of confining pressure, rock breaking efficiency decreased; increasing the depth of eating, can reduce the crushing ratio work.
