VAc/BA/AA乳液共聚反应动力学研究

用丙烯酸丁酯(BA)和丙烯酸(AA)对醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)进行共聚改性,制备了稳定的VAc/BA/AA共聚乳液。研究了该聚合体系的动力学特征,讨论了乳化剂浓度(CE)、引发剂浓度(C1)和反应温度(T)对聚合速率和单体转化率的影响。实验结果表明,乳液聚合速率随着CE、C1和T的增加而增大;单体转化率随着CE和C1的增加而增大,在75℃时转化率有最大值;得到该共聚乳液体系的表观活化能Ea=64.4kJ·mol-1;聚合反应速率RP∝CE0.45C10.76,该式与经典的乳液聚合动力学模型有较大偏差。 Copolymerization of vinyl acetate (VAc) with butyl acrylate (BA) and acrylic acid (AA) gave a stable VAc / BA / AA copolymer emulsion. The kinetic characteristics of the polymerization system were investigated. The effects of emulsifier concentration (CE), initiator concentration (C1) and reaction temperature (T) on the polymerization rate and monomer conversion were discussed. The experimental results showed that the polymerization rate of emulsion increased with the increase of CE, C1 and T; the conversion of monomer increased with the increase of CE and C1, the conversion reached the maximum at 75 ℃; the copolymerization emulsion system The apparent activation energy Ea = 64.4kJ · mol-1; the polymerization rate RPαCE0.45C10.76, this formula and the classic emulsion polymerization kinetic model has a larger deviation.
