在现代各类数控机床中,用步进电机实现两维或两维以上的轨迹运动,由于步进电机都是分别逐个运动。因此,运动轨迹决不是平滑的,而是以直角线或斜线来近似的,长期以来,研究采用步进电机实现多维平滑增最运动轨迹控制,一直是人们努力的目标。本文介绍了用陆纪培、陈国祥一起研究发明的进步电机“积分式”微步距控制线路,实现了步进电机驱动的多维平滑增量运动。
In all kinds of modern CNC machine tools, the stepper motor to achieve two-dimensional or more than two-dimensional trajectory, because the stepper motors are respectively one by one motion. Therefore, the motion trajectory is by no means smooth, but is approximated by a right-angled line or a diagonal line. For a long time, it has been a goal for people to work hard to achieve multi-dimensional smoothing and maximum trajectory control using a stepping motor. This paper introduces the “integral” microstep control circuit invented by Lu Jipei and Chen Guoxiang, and realizes the multidimensional smooth incremental motion driven by stepping motor.
