水利工程建设项目管理体制在开展管理工作中起着举足轻重的重要作用。虽然是在传统管理体制上进行改革,但目前基于新发展时期这一改革还存在这一些问题。所以作为水利工程的相关部门要高度重视建设管理体制的改革工作,以实现赶得上水利工程建设发展的脚步,充分发挥水利工程建设管理的作用效果。基于此本文开始对水利工程建设重要意义进行了介绍,进一步分析了我国水利建设管理体制存在的问题,同时针对性的提出了改革措施。
Water conservancy project construction management system in carrying out management plays an important role. Although the reform is carried out on the traditional management system, some problems still exist in the current reform based on the new development. Therefore, relevant departments as water conservancy projects should attach great importance to the reform of the construction management system in order to catch up with the pace of construction and development of water conservancy projects, give full play to the role of water conservancy project construction and management. Based on this, this paper begins with the introduction of the significance of water conservancy construction, further analyzes the existing problems in the management system of water conservancy construction in our country, and puts forward the reform measures pertinently.
