1996~1997年,在大兴安岭加格达奇科研技术推广站兴安落叶松种子园内,研究了球果花蝇(Strobilomyiaspp)的生物、生态学特性,并用抑食肼进行了防治试验。花蝇种团及其优势种黑胸球果花蝇(Smelaniola)成虫的羽化盛期为5月中旬,在4月下旬及5月上旬的旬平均气温较高的年份成虫羽化期短,羽化集中。产卵盛期为5月中旬,幼虫孵化盛期为5月下旬至6月初。从6月上、中旬开始,幼虫陆续发育成熟,雨天脱果落地化蛹,6月下旬为化蛹盛末期。研究了卵的有效积温k(日度)和发育起点温度c(℃),结果为:k=2788±349,c=1086±068。用无公害新型药剂抑食肼油剂进行了林间幼虫防治试验,1%、2%抑食肼油剂分别使种子受害率降低1982%及3792%。
From 1996 to 1997, the biological and ecological characteristics of Strobilomyias sp. The experiment of prevention and treatment of forest larvae was carried out by using the new non-polluting agent of hydrazine, and the damage rate of seed by 1% and 2% of hydrazine oil was reduced by 1982% and 3792% respectively.
