目的:建立食品用纸制容器中16种多环芳烃的气相色谱-质谱联用的检测方法。方法:采用水、4%乙酸、20%乙醇、正己烷四种模拟食品溶剂浸泡一次性纸杯,用二氯甲烷超声提取浸泡液中的多环芳烃,气相色谱-质谱联用法进行定性定量分析。结果:16种多环芳烃在25 min内流出,分离良好,在0.01 mg/L~10.0 mg/L的浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9985~0.9999,方法的检出限为0.24μg/L~3.80μg/L(S/N=3),样品的加标回收率为75.9%~123.1%,相对标准偏差为1.17%~13.9%。结论:该方法操作简便,准确度高,适于食品用纸质容器中多环芳烃的迁移研究及检测。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in food paper containers by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Methods: Disposable paper cups were soaked in four kinds of simulated food solvents such as water, 4% acetic acid, 20% ethanol and n-hexane. Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were extracted from the soaking solution with dichloromethane and qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. Results: The 16 PAHs were eluted within 25 min and the separation was good. The calibration curve was linear over a concentration range of 0.01 mg / L to 10.0 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.9985 to 0.9999. The detection limit of the method was 0.24 μg / L ~ 3.80μg / L (S / N = 3). The spiked recoveries were 75.9% ~ 123.1% with relative standard deviations of 1.17% ~ 13.9%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and suitable for the study of migration and detection of PAHs in paper containers.
