掘进机作为一种隧道挖掘机械,在多个行业领域都有着广泛的应用。如矿产开采或地下施工等工程中都需要使用掘进机进行作业。而伸缩保护筒作为掘进机中非常重要的结构组成部分,其所起到的作用主要是保护伸缩内筒不受损害,而保障切割挖掘的顺利进行。同时伸缩保护筒和掘进机的切割减速器是来连接在一起的,保护筒若出现问题,就会影响到整个掘进机的正常运行质量。而伸缩保护筒是属于薄壁工件,施工质量较难控制。现本文中主要针对掘进机伸缩保护筒的加工工艺问题及改进优化措施进行了研究探讨。
As a tunnel boring machine, TBM has a wide range of applications in many industries. Such as mining or underground construction projects require the use of boring machine for homework. The telescopic protective cylinder as a very important structural part of the roadheader, its role is mainly to protect the telescopic tube from damage, and ensure the smooth cutting mining. At the same time telescopic protective cylinder and boring machine cutting reducer is to connect together, if the protective tube problems, it will affect the normal operation of the entire roadheader quality. The telescopic protective tube is a thin-walled workpiece, construction quality is more difficult to control. In this paper, mainly for the TBM telescopic protective cylinder processing technology problems and improvement measures are discussed.
