胜利油田桩西采油厂是一家国有石油开采企业,与多数大型国企相似,设备管理与维修是采油厂各项管理中的基础工作,虽然采油厂设备管理与维修模式及经验经过不断的完善、发展、创新,成绩斐然。但和国外内同行业的设备管理与维修的先进企业相比较,还存在很大的差距,对采油厂的设备管理与维修现状的调查、分析、研究,指出油田基层采油队设备管理与维修模式中存在的问题,并根据实际情况,提出了完善油田基层采油队设备管理与维修对策。
