本文研究了以 WCl_6-Al(i-Bu)_3 为催化剂,BF_3·Et_2O 为活化剂,甲苯为溶剂的环戊烯开环聚合。制得了顺式链节含量>95%,转化率>60% 的高顺式聚环戊烯橡胶。考察了聚合反应的某些影响因素,提出了聚合的适宜配方及工艺条件,并进行了2升釜放大试验。
In this paper, the ring-opening polymerization of cyclopentene using WCl_6-Al (i-Bu) _3 as catalyst, BF_3 · Et_2O as activator and toluene as solvent was studied. A cis-para-cyclohexene rubber with a cis-chain content> 95% and a conversion rate> 60% was obtained. Some influencing factors of the polymerization reaction were investigated. The suitable formula and technological conditions of the polymerization were put forward. The enlargement test of 2 liters was carried out.
