目的 研究心房颤动 (房颤 )患者血小板活化和内皮功能 ,探讨其临床意义。方法 采用全血流式细胞术测定慢性心房颤动患者 4 0例和正常对照组 30名血小板胞质内α 颗粒上的膜糖蛋白 (CD6 2p)、溶酶体膜糖蛋白 (CD6 3) ,用酶联免疫吸附实验测定血浆血管性血友病因子 (vonWillebrandfactor,vWF)。结果 房颤组血小板表面活性标志蛋白CD6 2 p( 8 8± 1 2 ) %、CD6 3( 3 0± 0 8) %和vWF( 15 2± 2 5 ) %均显著高于对照组 ( 3 3± 0 4 ) % ,( 1 5± 0 4 ) %和 ( 91± 13) % (P <0 0 1)。结论 房颤患者存在血小板活性增强和内皮功能异常 ,这些变化可能与房颤患者心房内血栓形成相关。
Objective To study platelet activation and endothelial function in patients with atrial fibrillation (AF) and to explore its clinical significance. Methods Whole blood flow cytometry was used to detect the expression of CD6 2p, lysosomal membrane glycoprotein (CD6 3) on the platelets’ cytoplasmic α granules in 40 patients with chronic atrial fibrillation and in normal control group. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay was used to determine von Willebrand factor (vWF). Results The platelet surface markers of platelet CD62p (8 8 ± 1 2)%, CD6 3 (3 0 ± 0 8)% and vWF (15 2 ± 2 5)% in AF group were significantly higher than those in control group ± 0 4)%, (15 ± 0 4)%, and (91 ± 13)% (P 0 01). Conclusion Atrial fibrillation patients with enhanced platelet activity and endothelial dysfunction, these changes may be related to atrial fibrillation in patients with atrial thrombosis related.
