麻风树是重要的生物柴油树种。为了评估种植麻风树的潜在生态风险,应用蚕豆根尖微核技术,研究了麻风树叶水浸提液的遗传毒性。结果表明:麻风树叶水浸提液诱导了染色体畸变,导致畸变率和微核率显著高于对照;较低浓度的麻风树叶水浸提液促进蚕豆根尖细胞有丝分裂,进而促进根的生长,而较高浓度的叶水浸提液抑制根尖细胞的有丝分裂和根的生长。
Jatropha curcas is an important biodiesel tree species. In order to evaluate the potential ecological risk of Jatropha curcas, the genotoxicity of Jatropha curcas leaf water extracts was studied using Vicia faba root tip micronucleus technology. The results showed that the aqueous extract of Jatropha curcas leaves induced chromosome aberration, resulting in the higher rate of distortion and micronucleus rate than the control. A lower concentration of aqueous extract from Jatropha curcas leaves could promote the mitosis of root tip cells of Vicia faba and further promote the growth of roots. Higher concentrations of aqueous extracts of leaf water inhibited root tip cell mitosis and root growth.
