1989年4月19日上午在上海市口腔医学研究所由上海市卫生局主持召开磷酸钙陶瓷修复牙周骨缺损之研究鉴定会,邀请了有关专家参加并通过鉴定。本研究系上海市口腔医学研究所采用磷酸三钙(Trical-cium Phosphate Ceramic)生物陶瓷进行牙周骨缺损的动物移植实验和细胞毒性试验,并应用于临床修复牙周骨缺损,为磷酸三钙在修复牙周骨缺损方面机理进行了探讨,填补了国内空白。研究结果表明磷酸三钙修复牙周骨缺损与冻干骨、脱矿骨、人胚骨相比,无免疫原理,生物相容性好,并具有制备工艺简单,化学稳定性好,能重复消毒使用和贮存方便,价廉等优点,有较大的实用价值。
