在治疗剂量时,大部分药物体内过程的速率,常直接与药物浓度成正比。这类药物的PK可用一组线性微分方程精确描述,故称作线性药代动力学过程。
At the therapeutic dose, the rate of most drug in vivo processes is often directly proportional to the drug concentration. PK of these drugs can be accurately described by a set of linear differential equations, it is called the linear pharmacokinetic process.
