竖井式粉煤机CrMn铸钢锤头(见图1)工作条件恶劣,技术要求严格。过去采用油中冷却淬火后,中频退火消除耳部高硬度,经常出现应变裂纹,使用中也不断发生脆断,使用寿命长者十几天,短者仅几小时。通过系统分析试验,我们采用了预淬等温强韧化处理新工艺,提高了锤头质量。锤头铸后预备热处理见图2,新旧强韧化工艺见图3,新旧工艺处理锤头质量对比见表1。
