盐酸蒸气吸入引起急性支气管炎在一般教科书及文献上均有记载;有关吸入盐酸蒸气引起大量咯血,文献未见报告。我院曾见到一例盐酸蒸气吸入引起急性支气管炎併发大量咯血,扼要报告如下。患者(住院号22593)女,25岁,实验员,因三个半小时来咯血入院。缘患者于当日下午在实验室用10 N 盐酸处理碳酸氢钠,在电炉上蒸干盐酸,每次用盐酸10毫升共三次,操作时室内无通风设备,患者也未戴防护口罩,室内酸雾 Hydrochloric acid vapor inhalation caused by acute bronchitis in the general textbooks and literature are documented; on the hydrochloric acid vapor inhalation caused a lot of hemoptysis, the literature has not been reported. Patient (hospital number 22593) Female, 25 years old, laboratory technician, was admitted for hemoptysis in three and a half hours. On the afternoon of the same day, 10N hydrochloric acid was used to treat the sodium bicarbonate in the laboratory on the afternoon of the same day. Hydrochloric acid was evaporated on the electric furnace. Each time, 10ml of hydrochloric acid was used for three times. There was no ventilation in the room and the patient did not wear the protective mask.
