全苏炼钢工作者会议于5月13日——18日在苏联斯德洛夫军官之家召开.参加这次会议的有800余人,除全苏各方面的代表冶金专家、教授、工程师以及先进工作者外,尚有为苏联政府所邀请的:中、东德、捷、匈、波、保、罗、朝等八国炼钢工作的者代表参加.我国派冶金部技术司黑色冶金技术处肖伟明工程师和钢铁局技术处高景照工程师为中国炼钢工作者代表出席会议.
The All-China Steel Workers Conference was held at the home of the Soviet Army Soodlov from May 13 to May 18.
