随着十二届全国人大四次会议中政府对互联网+模式的再次强调,国内企业纷纷走上互联网转型之路。大宗商品市场作为我国经济发展的重要力量,也逐渐开始寻找互联网转型的经营模式。但是在互联网背景下,大宗商品企业的转型必然中存在偶然,顺应互联网的发展趋势是必然因素,转型风险的把握是偶然因素。鉴于此,大宗商品流通企业如何进行互联网转型成为近几年理论界与企业界讨论的热点课题。本文主要是基于对当前在互联网背景下的大宗商品流通企业的形势分析,进而从不同的角度探讨如何进行大宗商品企业的互联网转型以及线上线下的转换机制,期望本研究结果能对大宗商品流通企业的互联网转型提供实践指导。
With the government’s renewed emphasis on the Internet+ model during the Fourth Session of the National People’s Congress of the Twelfth National People’s Congress, domestic companies have embarked on the road to Internet transformation. As an important force in China’s economic development, the commodity market has gradually begun to look for business models for the transformation of the Internet. However, in the context of the Internet, the transformation of commodity companies is inevitably contingent. The trend of adapting to the Internet is an inevitable factor, and the grasp of transition risks is an accidental factor. In view of this, how the commodity circulation enterprises have carried out the Internet transformation has become a hot topic discussed by the theoretical and business communities in recent years. This article is mainly based on the analysis of the current situation of commodity circulation enterprises in the context of the Internet, and then from different perspectives to explore how to carry out the transformation of the Internet of commodity companies and the online and offline conversion mechanisms. It is hoped that the results of this study can be applied to the circulation of commodities. The company’s Internet transformation provides practical guidance.
