通过对吉林省梨树县基层林场林业资源现阶段经营状况分析,总结出梨树县基层林场出现的主要问题:经营负担大、人力投入不足、森林结构不合理等。针对这些问题,结合梨树县基层林场的实际状态,对未来林场可持续发展提出相关建议。
Through analyzing the management status of forestry resources in Lishu County forest base at the present stage in Jilin Province, the main problems of Lishu County primary forest farm are summarized as follows: large operating burden, insufficient manpower input and unreasonable forest structure. In response to these problems, combined with the actual state of Lishu County grass-roots forest farms, the future recommendations for the sustainable development of forest farms.
