该文应用Volterra级数法分析了电容耦合FET振荡系统在外加信号下的注入锁定现象,解析地推导出输出信号和注入锁定带宽表达式。首先建立系统的频域模型,然后用Volterra级数导出系统的各阶传递函数,最后列出基波方程。结果表明,在外加信号为零时,所求出的解是系统的自治振荡输出。在外加信号频率e与系统频率0相差不大时发生注入锁相,其导出的频率锁定带宽同平均法结果是相同的。
In this paper, Volterra series method is used to analyze the injection locking phenomenon of the coupled-coupled FET oscillating system under the applied signal, and the expressions of the output signal and the injection-locked bandwidth are analytically derived. Firstly, the frequency domain model of the system is established, and then the system transfer functions are derived using Volterra series. Finally, the fundamental equations are listed. The results show that when the applied signal is zero, the solution obtained is the autonomous oscillation output of the system. The injection phase lock occurs when the applied signal frequency e is not much different from the system frequency 0, and the derived frequency lock bandwidth is the same as the average method.
